Vicky
Vicky has worked with organisations across the culture, charity and public sectors. She specialises in developing both quantitative and qualitative research tools, collecting, analysing and interpreting data to generate strategic insights that inform policy and decision-making.
Vicky is an adaptable researcher who is able to quickly understand complex and technical subjects, applying strong analytical skills to produce actionable findings and recommendations. While her research career has been varied, she has particular expertise in the cultural sector and has worked with national and international arts organisations, developing a deep understanding of current and potential audiences.
She has extensive experience managing large-scale longitudinal studies as well as quick-turnaround ad hoc projects for public and third sector organisations. This has enabled her to develop strong project management skills and the ability to balance the priorities of multiple stakeholders, including senior policymakers and decision-makers.
Vicky is also passionate about supporting teachers and school leaders to develop young people. In addition to her voluntary role as a school governor, she recently became a Senior Enterprise Adviser in Greater Manchester, helping secondary schools evaluate their careers programmes.
