What makes customer profiling so valuable?
Through customer profiling, we analyse real customer data to build detailed portraits of different, meaningful customer groups. Profiles can incorporate a wealth of data from demographics and location-based details – where customers live, work and shop – to purchase habits, channel preferences and personal interests. Customer personas take profiling a step further, creating semi-fictional, ‘humanised’ representations of these segments in character form.
