  • Methodologies used: A combination of desk research, expert interviews and in-depth interviews with customers and competitors was used to meet the research objectives.

  • How did an online brand tracker help our client? Our client aimed to track key brand health metrics year on year to evaluate their marketing campaigns’ effectiveness. By analysing customer awareness, usage, and attitudes toward various off-grid fuels, they were able to tailor marketing messages for different consumer segments. Additionally, the client sought to benchmark these metrics across business units to foster best practice sharing among their sub-brands.
  • Methodologies used: This study used an online brand health survey across eight countries. Building on this study, we conducted a follow-up project involving consumer focus groups to test our client’s marketing messages, optimise ROI, and gain deeper insights into the customer journey.
