Our core service pillars include:

  • CATI interviewing (telephone): Our large team of telephone interviewers include specialists in consumer and B2B studies with decades of experience between them.
  • CAPI interviewing (in-person): Our network of face-to-face interviewers across the UK led by Regional Supervisors, conduct in-person surveys across all environments including in-home, in-street, in-store and store exit interviews, as well as hall tests and mystery shops.
  • Online surveys: From survey scripting and processing through to data and tabulation, our in-house data processing team tailor their focus to suit client needs.
  • Participant recruitment: Our recruitment team are MRS Recruiter Accredited and experts in sourcing quality participants for depths, focus groups, and product placements.
  • Mixed mode market research: Experts at handling multiple data collection modes and surveys with two or more methodologies including CATI, CAPI, online and/or postal.
  • Survey programming and analysis: With a large in-house data team, we are able to script engaging surveys for all modes of interviewing and provide data and tabulations in a range of formats. We also have an in-house coding team.
  • Quality in-house panels: We can also draw upon our in-house online consumer panels, Opinion Exchange and Different Perspectives which are a fantastic asset for our clients for both online surveys and qualitative projects.
