Michael
Michael completed an MA in Public Policy at the University of York and Central European University, Austria. Following this, he was keen to put his social research skills into practice.
In 2022, he joined a research agency in York as a Research Executive, gaining experience across the public, culture, utilities, and charity sectors. During this time, Michael worked directly with clients including the Environment Agency, the National Trust, and Leeds City Council, developing a strong interest in culture and transport research, as well as urban policy.
Michael is a mixed-method researcher with a specialism in quantitative methodologies. He joined DJS Research’s culture team in 2024 as a Senior Research Executive, contributing to the team’s large-scale trackers for the UK’s top museums and galleries, as well as other key projects. He is passionate about using research to make a real impact on stakeholders and decision-makers.
