Kelly
Kelly has around 10 years’ experience in research and has worked across a wide range of sectors with both B2B and B2C audiences. These include healthcare, construction and industrial, transport and distribution, retail, and media. Her project experience spans both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, although she particularly enjoys large-scale and international quantitative research, where she relishes the challenge of managing and presenting complex datasets.
She has strong technical expertise in a variety of statistical techniques, including segmentation, key driver analysis, willingness-to-pay (WTP), MaxDiff and conjoint analysis. Healthcare and med-tech research are particular areas of interest for Kelly, reflecting both her academic background and her early career experience in pharmaceutical market research.
Kelly holds a degree in Human Biology from Loughborough University and a Master’s in Biomedical Science from Manchester Metropolitan University.
Known for being highly organised in both her professional and personal life, Kelly particularly enjoys managing complex projects with multiple strands.
Outside of work, she enjoys holidays in the sun and is actively involved in local netball, representing two different teams.
