As we’re a market research organisation you could be forgiven for thinking our career opportunities might be limited to ‘just research’. Although this may be true of many other medium-sized agencies, the breadth of opportunities here at DJS Research is quite a rare find. We have an array of different departments and specialisms in our research armoury, encompassing many different roles from ‘front-line’ researchers and telephone-interviewers to software developers and support functions, animators and graphic designers to data processing and communication leads. 

We encourage both upward and horizontal movements across our organisation which enable both progression and true cross-team collaboration. Our size and full-service provision means we have the scale and agility to support our Partners as they move up their career ladder or change their path. Many who started out in our telephone unit have moved on to roles in research – their interests well and truly piqued by their hands-on interview experience! – and some of our directors joined us at the very start of their careers, in what became their first junior research roles.

With a mix of office-based, hybrid and remote workers at DJS Research, both here in the UK and further afield, we place the utmost importance on the connectivity of our people, regardless of their location. Regular all-staff meetings and knowledge-share sessions are held throughout the year, and our social committee organises a number of face-to-face get-togethers which combine work and play (with a tendency to lean more on the latter!).
