On July 1st 2021 we began a new chapter in our 20-year story and officially became an employee-owned organisation. The employee ownership (EO) movement is growing at pace in the UK and we are proud to be one of just a handful of market research companies who have so far adopted the EO Trust model, empowering our people to shape both the future and culture of our organisation – which we own together.

We believe employee ownership is an exciting, progressive way to structure our business which puts the best interests of our people – now our Partners – first. This people-centred model drives tangible benefits not only for our employee Partners but for our clients, our suppliers and our wider network of agency partners across the market research industry. It recognises that everyone at DJS Research can play an active and integral role in helping to drive our business forward with shared responsibility for our social and environmental impacts.

An Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) has been set up to hold shares in DJS Research for the benefit of our employee Partners. It is managed by our Trust Board, who in full adherence to certain legal requirements, ensure that we are acting in the best interests of Partners at all times.

Our EO structure ensures:

  • A focus on and commitment to Partner wellbeing.
  • All Partner voices are listened to and respected.
  • Open and honest dialogue from the DJS Research Board & Employee Trust Board.
  • A friendly and supportive environment.
  • All Partners are treated fairly and with respect.
  • Diversity and inclusion is embraced.
