DJS Research combine with Customer Faithful

DJS Research have recently completed a research project for Customer Faithful. Customer Faithful specialise in learning what customers want from an organisation and utilising that knowledge to increase loyalty. In keeping with our previous record in terms of client satisfaction, Rick Harris, Managing Director of Customer Faithful, stated he was very satisfied with the overall project and all but two of the twelve individual elements on which the project is assessed – with which he was satisfied.

When asked to comment on the project, which related to home delivery services for a major UK retailer, Mr Harris felt that:

“The project ran smoothly and to time, and everyone we spoke to, from director level to trainee, made us feel that our work was important to them.”

Having stated that Customer Faithful would be very likely to use DJS Research again and that they would not hesitate to recommend the company, he went on to say:

“This was the first time we had used DJS Research, and the project ran smoothly, to time and budget. But what impressed us most was the sense that everyone we spoke to, from director level to trainee, made us feel that our work was really important to them...that kind of experience is hard to find these days. A near perfect scorecard really – we have very little to offer in terms of constructive improvement.”

On hearing Mr Harris’ comments, Danny Sims, Managing Director of DJS Research, felt they held a special significance coming from a company like Customer Faithful:
