In-store filmed footage, motion graphics, stock footage, stock images, voice-over artist
Based on the findings, WRAP wanted to create a standalone video that clearly demonstrated the customer journey and highlighted three key strategies that retailers could apply to encourage shoppers to try reuse and refill. Working closely with WRAP, we developed a script and visual approach that reflected their bright and dynamic brand style.
Filming took place on location at an ASDA store using our own equipment, alongside footage captured during the research shadowing sessions. This was combined with store photography, client-provided imagery and selected stock footage to create a comprehensive and engaging narrative. An outsourced voice-over artist delivered the narration, supported by clear on-screen messaging and visuals. The video concludes with a call to action, outlining how retailers can optimise their in-store reuse and refill offer and contribute to a more sustainable future. The final video was used across WRAP’s website and social media channels.
When it looks better, it works better.
We don’t just make charts look pretty – we make them make sense. Our expertise help clients communicate findings clearly, quickly and impactfully, with visuals tailored to each audience and purpose.
Seamless integration with research.
Our creative and research teams work side by side, so every chart, graphic and visual is shaped by a deep understanding of what matters – and why. The result? Outputs that are smart, strategic and visually sharp.
In safe hands.
As part of the wider research process, the team is efficient and cost-effective. They’re small enough to be an extension of your team, yet accomplished enough to have decades of experience.
