The challenge

Leeds Building Society wanted to generate ideas for improving customer experiences across in-branch, online, and telephone services. After speaking with customers about withdrawals, deposits, and day-to-day interactions, the goal was to capture insights in a way that could shape future service strategy across departments and branches.

The approach

The Creative Services team transformed the research findings into a double-sided, visually engaging infographic, using bespoke on-brand illustrations to bring each participant’s ideas to life. A short animated video summary was also produced, helping disseminate insights quickly across all branches. Clear, branded visuals made it easy for teams to understand and act on the findings.

The results

The outputs provided an accessible, memorable way to communicate customer-driven ideas, helping Leeds Building Society align internal teams and inform future service improvements across in-branch, online, and telephone channels.
