DJS Research, one of the North West’s leading market research agencies, has been highly commended for their client-focussed approach and desire to make the customer the centre of all their business processes.

DJS Research prides itself on building, maintaining and sustaining excellent client relationships. In April 2012, the company made the decision to host live customer satisfaction results on their website. At the time of writing (October 2012), 88% of clients since then have been very satisfied – with the remainder being satisfied.  In addition, around three quarters of respondents (72%) said they would be very likely to re-commission the agency in the future and a similar number (76%) said they would be very likely to recommend DJS Research to others.

Following a competitive application, the company was nominated for the Customer Focus category at the Cheshire Business Awards – the agency was one of only three businesses across Cheshire to be shortlisted.
