Telephone surveys

Telephone surveys are a method of collecting primary data by interviewing respondents over the phone. This approach is commonly carried out using Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) systems, where interviewers follow a structured questionnaire displayed on a computer screen and record responses directly into the system as the interview takes place.

CATI technology helps ensure interviews are conducted consistently and efficiently. It can include built-in routing and logic so that respondents are only asked relevant questions, reducing interview time and improving data accuracy. Telephone surveys are particularly useful for reaching geographically dispersed audiences, conducting business-to-business (B2B) research, and gathering detailed responses through interviewer-led conversations.

Our interviewing team is able to work remotely when required, with all relevant data protection and confidentiality measures in place.
