Market research panels paid

A market research panel is a group of people who have all signed up to take part in paid market research, such as surveys, focus groups, etc.

There are two types of market research panels one for the general consumer market and the other for business to business for obtaining purchasing information. The general consumer market research aims to identify the spending habits of consumers while the latter focuses on products sold within the business to business arena.

They consist of willing participants who are pre-screened to match the criteria required by the researcher. These individuals are then tasked with product testing, focus groups or surveys and are also rewarded in the same way as other paid research methods. Their feedback will then be taken into consideration and acted on to improve customer satisfaction levels in the near future.
