Under the Market Research Society Code of Conduct, research agencies are responsible for ensuring that fieldwork is conducted according to strict professional and ethical standards, particularly in relation to data protection, respondent confidentiality, informed consent, and data reliability.

DJS Research offers a comprehensive fieldwork service, supported by an in-house field department, specialist online scripting team, and an internationally capable CATI unit, ensuring robust, high-quality data collection across a wide range of sectors and geographies.
